Housing for project teams in Lindholmen and Lundby
Lindholmen and Lundby are where consultants, engineers and installation teams on longer assignments in southern Hisingen usually stay. This is the part of the island with real apartment stock, so a team can live close to the office instead of commuting across the river.

What the housing looks like here
- Apartments rather than houses, which suits smaller teams and consultants on longer assignments.
- Fully furnished with kitchen, Wi-Fi and laundry, ready the day the team lands.
- Parking is scarcer here than in northern Hisingen, so we confirm it per home before presenting anything.
Questions about Lindholmen and Lundby
Are you connected to Lindholmen Science Park?
No. We are an independent accommodation provider. The science park is named only as a geographic reference point.
Can a team of six stay at one address here?
Sometimes. Lundby has larger apartments, Lindholmen mostly smaller ones. Tell us the team size and we come back with what is actually available rather than a promise.
Is a car needed?
That depends entirely on your site and your shift. We do not make transport claims, so ask us and we describe the options without guessing.
Do you take stays shorter than a month?
Our model is open ended month by month. Stays under ten nights are handled from central Gothenburg instead.
